Recovering credits and assets for companies has been our “DNA” for over 30 years, but our expertise goes far beyond that: Way Back is also a reference in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solutions, meeting corporate needs in a broad and specialized way.
Founded in 1991 by Jefferson Frauches and Márcia Tejo, our board of directors, Way Back was created with the purpose of serving a growing Credit Recovery market. Over the decades, we have established ourselves as specialists in corporate solutions, both in Brazil and abroad, always applying the best practices in the sector and innovating to exceed our clients' expectations.

Headquartered in São Paulo, where it all began, Way Back has conquered the world. Since 2019, we have consistently appeared in the TCM Group's TOP 5 and TOP 10 rankings, among more than 150 countries, as leaders in Receivables Management at an international level.

1990
Way Back studied the market and prepared to offer efficient solutions for businesses in different segments.
1991
It was born with the concept of humanized billing and intelligent resources, promoting long-term relationships.
1992
The profile is strengthened. Based on the founders' desire to offer excellence in their services, Way Back was able to win its first major clients.
1993
Investing in training and developing talents. This has been a premise of Way Back since its inception.
1994
Legal and beginning of relationships with international partners.
1998
Growth to +80 employees and with new hires, Way Back grew and new human development projects were created together with the areas that were structured at the end of the 90s.
1999
Big numbers – 8 years in the market, 7 Way Back International branches.

Way Back, represented by CEO Jefferson Viana, conquered new spaces and gained media coverage. Nominated for executive of the year by Clientes SA magazine
2015
Way Back’s new market – USA. The exclusivity of the Debt Collection market in the USA by TCM Group and the company’s CEO as President of IGEOC were the highlights of 2015.
2016
International Connections. The presidency of LatinCob is now represented by Way Back.
2017
Best Performance Award. Way Back is synonymous with excellence in BPO and Preventive Management.

The Way Back + Digital Project represents a strategic step towards transforming Way Back into an even more agile, technological and competitive company. Focused on increasing efficiency and reducing dependence on telephone calls, the project aims to respond to Anatel's new guidelines and expand the company's digital presence.
We already use channels such as WhatsApp, email and SMS, but now we are looking to explore new AI tools and partnerships, strengthening our presence in multiple digital channels to offer innovative solutions and even more complete service to our customers.

Max Way
In 2009, when the company made 18 years old and were moving to Av. Paes de Barros, many companies started to publicize their mascots, and that's how Way Back had the idea of Max Way
Values that Max represents:
- It was created based on the spirit of companionship, collaboration, focus, determination and teamwork. His face was inspired by the cartoon “The Atomic Ant”, however, as there were already international partnerships and due to brands and patents, there were several changes in the style.
- Márcia Tejo, director and founder, was responsible for creating its concept, was born by coincidence on the same day as Way Back's anniversary, on June 28, 2009.
