Founded in 1991 by Jefferson Frauches and Márcia Tejo, our board of directors, Way Back was created with the purpose of serving a growing Credit Recovery market. Over the decades, we have established ourselves as specialists in corporate solutions, both in Brazil and abroad, always applying the best practices in the sector and innovating to exceed our clients' expectations.

The Way Back + Digital Project represents a strategic step towards transforming Way Back into an even more agile, technological and competitive company. Focused on increasing efficiency and reducing dependence on telephone calls, the project aims to respond to Anatel's new guidelines and expand the company's digital presence.

 We already use channels such as WhatsApp, email and SMS, but now we are looking to explore new AI tools and partnerships, strengthening our presence in multiple digital channels to offer innovative solutions and even more complete service to our customers.

Max Way

In 2009, when the company made 18 years old and were moving to Av. Paes de Barros, many companies started to publicize their mascots, and that's how Way Back had the idea of Max Way

Values that Max represents:

  • It was created based on the spirit of companionship, collaboration, focus, determination and teamwork. His face was inspired by the cartoon “The Atomic Ant”, however, as there were already international partnerships and due to brands and patents, there were several changes in the style.

  • Márcia Tejo, director and founder, was responsible for creating its concept, was born by coincidence on the same day as Way Back's anniversary, on June 28, 2009.
